Molli is an Emmy-nominated producer, writer, and content director specializing in entertainment, beauty and wellness. She has 15+ years experience creating innovative content for agencies and networks including MTV, CBS and NBC. When she's not editing copy or ideating campaigns, she can be found binging the latest shows or brunching her way through Los Angeles.

Erin Fabio

FOUNDER + CEO

Erin has an 15+ years of experience in content marketing on both the agency and brand sides of the table. She specializes in content creation and strategy for consumer and retail brands in both the beauty and wellness spaces. Brands she’s worked with include Bluemercury, Sassoon, Walt Disney Studios, ABC Family, Lifetime, Marlo Thomas + many others. Erin lives in the Washington, D.C. area and she’s a mom to 2 babies and 2 doggos. Yoga keeps her sane, coffee keeps her going.

Emilie worked in Los Angeles as a visual designer in the fashion industry for the last three years. As an illustrator her clients have included Disney, Marvel, and 7Leaves Cafe. Now a transplant living in Oakland, California, she enjoys her quiet days telling jokes to her many unamused plants.

Ellie Komen

DESIGN ASSOCIATE

Ellie is a graphic designer and digital illustrator specializing in the beauty and wellness space. She has a variety of print and digital asset experience ranging from packaging design to content creation. Brands she’s worked with include Nordstrom, Nordstrom x Nike, Charles Schulz Peanuts, and UNITE Haircare. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, watching movies, and keeping up with the latest beauty trends.

Claire joined the team after graduating from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2021. She has an eye for content creation stemmed from her love of social media and the digital world. When Claire isn’t running our clients social media accounts she is most likely exploring D.C. or trying a new pasta recipe.

CONTENT COORDINATOR

After graduating with a B.A. in Organizational Sciences and Media Studies from George Washington University this spring, Katie joined the Grit team full time as a Content Coordinator. She loves to channel her creative side with her work at Grit, whether that is through email creation or filming a popular Tik Tok trend. Katie enjoys hot yoga, iced vanilla lattes with almond milk, and exploring new places in D.C. in her free time.
